     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 9%/share(shareholders receive 900 VND for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 12/08/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Saigon VRG Investment Corporation (Room 608A, 6th Floor, Center Point Building, 106 Nguyen Van Troi street, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City) on working days from 12/08/2020, shareholders receive dividend payment in cash or by bank transfer after deducting the personal income. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
