-          To invest in subsidiary SGN Water Investment Co., Ltd.: VND220,000,000,000.

3)      Changes and adjustments (if any):

-          On July 07, 2017, the Company bought 125 bonds prior to maturity (equivalent to VND125,000,000,000).

-          On March 23, 2019, the Company paid VND21,250,000,000 for bank debts.

-          On June 14, 2019, the Company purchased 21.25 bonds prior to maturity, equivalent to VND21,250,000,000).

-          On September 23, 2019, the Company paid VND21,250,000,000 for bank debts.

-          On June 23, 2020, the Company paid VND21,250,000,000 for bank debts.

At present, the number of remaining bonds is 127.5 bonds, equivalent to VND127,500,000,000.
