1)      On June 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) unanimously approved to re-elect the titles in the Board of Directors for the term from 2018 to 2023 as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Dong Hai holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors

-          Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors

-          Ms. Pham Viet Lan Anh holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors.

2)      On June 03, 2020, the Board of Supervisors unanimously elected Mr. Le Ngoc Hung as Head of the Board of Supervisors for the term from 2018 to 2023.
