Based on the decision dated June 27, 2020, Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Le Viet Dung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

2)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Le Tien Hung as Head of Internal Audit Board.

3)       The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Vu Thai Hoa as Independent member of BOD cum Chairman of Audit Commission.
