On June 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the investment policy in Song Da Riverside Project, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city.

-       Project: Song Da Riverside Project, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city.

-       Location: 623 National High-way No.13, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city.

-       Area: 28,168.7 m2

-       Investment method: LDG Investment Joint Stock Company receives 99.99% stake of Hiep Phuc Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the owner of the project.

-       Total estimated investment: VND4,153,000,000,000.

-       Estimated profit: VND1,005,000,000,000.
