Thien Viet Growth Fund (FUCTVGF2) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 dated June 23, 2020 with the following contents:

Approving the fund representative activities report in 2019 and plan for 2020.
Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
Approving the cost and remuneration of the fund representative Board in 2020: 75,000,000 dongs.
Approving no implementing to distribute the 2019 revenue.
