On June 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (short name: PVGas) approved the following contents:

1. Approving to submit the general meeting of shareholders of PVGas under the form of absentee voting about the State budget payment.   
2. Approving a plan for paying the remaining dividend of 2019:

-       Payment ratio: 35% charter capital

-       Payment date: from October 01, 2020 to November 05, 2020.

3. The CEO of PVGas will decide a record date for shareholder list, dividend payment date and relevant contents to complete collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing and paying the remaining dividend of 2019.
