KSB: Board resolution on the issue of non-convertible bond

According to the Board resolution dated June 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a plan for bond private placement in 2020 as follows:

-       Issuer: Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company

-       Bond name: Bond of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company in  2020 (short name: “KSBBOND2020_1”)

-       Currency unit: VND

-       Bond type: non-convertible and secured bond, no warrants

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Offering volume: 3,000 bonds

-       Total par value: VND300 billion

-       Issue method: private placement

-       Bond term: 36 months

-       Issue date: in Quarter II or Quarter III of 2020

-       Issue price: 100% of par value.
