According to Board resolution No.20 dated June 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      About borrowing:

-          Approving a business plan for 2020;

-          Allowing the Company to borrow loans at banks;

-          Authorizing Mr. Do Quy Hai, BoD Chairman, to decide bank loans;

2)      Allowing Chau Son Land One Member Company Limited to use assets as collateral for the bank loan of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company.
