According to the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders under the form of absentee voting dated June 09, 2020, the shareholders of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group unanimously adopted the following issues:

−        To amend and supplement the corporate governance regulations, of which supplementing the regulations on the holding of online annual general meetings of shareholders.

−        To convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders online.
