D2D: BOD resolution on additional capital contribution in BOT 319

The Board resolution dated June 01, 2020, the BOD of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 (D2D) approved the additional capital contribution in BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI Joint Stock Company to carry out the construction project of extended 319 Road and the intersection between 319 Road and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay highway due to adjustment of total investment of project. Details are as follows:

-          Additional contributed capital: VND 5,240,000,000 (accounting for 10% increased charter capital of BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI JSC

-          Time of implementation: June 2020.

Thus, total value of contributed capital of D2D at BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI is VND 19,240,000,000 (accounting for 10% charter capital of BOT 319 Cuong Thuan CTI).
