According to the Board resolution dated June 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved an agreement between Techcombank and the party related to Techcombank’s insider as follows:

-          Approving the signing of guarantee agreement of Techcombank as a collateral manager of the related party Masan Consumer Corporation; and

-          Techcombank is the beneficiary of the guarantee that Masan Consumer Corporation issues the guarantee for borrower obligations under the credit agreement which Techcombank is a credit provider.
