The Board resolution dated June 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer shares in Truong Thanh Quy Nhon Investment Joint Stock Company with the volume of 5,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND 50,000,000,000 (based on par value), accounting for 50% charter capital of Truong Thanh Quy Nhon Investment Joint Stock Company.

            Expected transfer price: no less than VND 10,000/share.
