-          Investor: Gia Cu Investment Development Company Limited  

-          Location: No.9A, Town 1, Thanh Xuan Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

-          Construction package: structuring, completing and MEP system

-          Value of package: nearly VND425 billion.
