-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngo Trong Nhan, Mrs. Nguyen Bich Hoa as members of the BODs and Mr. Nguyen Viet Truong, Mrs. Trinh Thi Hoai Thu as members of the Supervisory Board.

-          Approving to elect Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Mr. Cao Ngoc Duc as members of the BODs and Mr. Nguyen Duc Khiem as a member of the Supervisory Board.
