Century Land Joint Stock Company announces the contents that approved by the Annual General Meeting 2020 dated June 12, 2020:

1)      Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2019 and plan for 2020.

2)      Approving the report on the business result in 2019 and plan for 2020.

3)      Approving the report of External Audit Board in 2019 and plan for 2020.

4)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.

5)      Approving the plan for 2019 profit distribution.

6)      Approving the selection of one of audit firms for the financial statements in 2020:

-          PwC Vietnam Com Ltd

-          Deloitte Vietnam Com Ltd

-          KPMG Vietnam Com Ltd

-          Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd

-          Grant Thornton Vietnam Com Ltd

-          AASC Auditing Com Ltd.
