1)      Approving to pay for the last phase of 2019 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  June 26, 2020

-          Payment date: July 09, 2020

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

2)      Approving to pay for the 2019 dividend in stock:

-          Record date:  June 26, 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 10%

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

3)      Approving to set up branch of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company – Ticco Industrial Service Center

-          Address: Gia Thuan 1 industrial park, Gia Thuan commune, Go Cong district, Tien Giang province.
