-          Owning volume by Thuduc House: 1,813,000 shares (49% of Thu Duc Agriculture Wholesale Joint Stock Company)

-          Transfer volume: 1,813,000 shares

-          Transfer value: VND87,749,200,000

-          Trading time: completing the transfer in June 2020.
