On May 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about the following issues:

-          The BOD approved vote for adding the content, organization method of online Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-          Amending the Articles of Association.

-          The BOD approved to elect Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy as the legal representative.
