1)      To approve the resignation of Head of Supervisory Board – Mrs. Mai Thi Kim Hoang as from June 08, 2020.

2)      To approve the appointment of Head of Supervisory Board – Mrs. Tran Thi Thu Hien as from June 08, 2020.
