The Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) approved the following credit limit agreements:

1)      Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with First Commercial Bank – Offshore Branch:

-          Loan limit: USD 3,000,000;

-          Loan term: 01 year.

2)      Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Union Bank of Taiwan:

-          Loan limit: USD 3,000,000;

-          Loan term: 01 year.

3)      Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank :

-          Loan limit: USD 3,000,000;

-          Loan term: 01 year.

4)      Approving to extend the credit limit agreement with Chang Hwa Bank – HIS-Sung Branch

-          Loan limit: USD 5,000,000;

-          Loan term: 01 year.

5)      Approving the signing of the overdraft contract with Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch:

-          Loan limit: VND 320,000,000,000;

-          Loan term: from the date of signing to May 31, 2021.
