On April 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation approved the plan to repurchase shares as treasury shares:

- Number of registered shares to buy: 15,435,000 shares

- Purchase price: as the market price

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.

- Expected trading period: after being approved by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
