          - Exercise rate: 20%/share (shareholders receive 2,000VND for every share they own)

          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Thu Duc Steel JSC (address: Km9, Hanoi Highway, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City) on working days from Monday to Friday from 29th May 2020 . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
