Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company (HSL) announces the Board resolution dated May 27, 2020 with the following contents:

1) Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Giap as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Head of Ha Noi Representative Office as from May 22, 2020.

2) Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as May 22, 2020.

3) Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from May 22, 2020.

4) Approving the termination of operation of Representative Office at Floor 1^st, 198 Nguyen Tuan Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

5) Approving the selection of Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
