Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD) announces the Board resolution dated May 26, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the business result in Quarter 4 of 2019 (from 01/01/2020 to 03/31/2020) and the fiscal year 2019 (04/01/2019-03/31/2020).

2)      Approving the rate of 2019 dividend payment: 10% in cash.

3)      Approving the business plan in 2020:

-          Revenue:   610 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders: 21 billion dongs

-          To pay cash dividend: 10%.

4)      Approving the Regulation on organizing online the General Meeting of Shareholders.

5)      Approving the agenda of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as attached documents.
