On May 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.978/TB-SGDHCM about the cancellation of record date (May 04, 2020) to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing of PetroVietnam Power Corporation due to the situation of Covid-19 disease in Vietnam has been strictly controlled, PetroVietnam Power Corporation decided to suspend collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing, not to convene the 2020 Online Annual General Meeting and to continue completing procedures to the 2020 Offline Annual General Meeting as usual.
