The Board resolution dated May 20, 2020, the BOD of MB Securities Joint Stock Company approved to borrow capital at the following banks:
1) Approving the credit limit of VND 200 billion at Maritime Bank and time of implementation of May 2020.
2) Approving the credit limit of VND 320 billion at Vietcombank of time of implementation of May 2020.
3) Approving the credit limit of VND 200 billion at Shinhan Bank of time of implementation of May 2020.
