- Ex-right date: May 28, 2020
- Record date: May 29, 2020
- Reason & purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019.
- Exercise ratio: 15% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)
- Expected issue volume: 8,592,541 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 301 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 301 *15/100 = 45.15 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 45 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.15 will be cancelled.
