The Board resolution dated May 19, 2020, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:
- Audited financial statements in 2019;
- Report on the BOD activities;
- Report on the Supervisory Board;
- Plan for 2019 profit distribution;
- Report on the purpose of use of capital from the issuance;
- Business plan in 2020;
- Profit distribution plan in 2020;
- Report on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;
- Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
- Approving Chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO);
- Change of business lines;
- Other issues (if any).
