On May 18, 2020, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) received the first instance judgment dated April 28, 2020 regarding a violation of accounting, causing serious consequences at Ocean Commercial One Member Limited Liability Bank (short name: Oceanbank). Of which, the victim is Oceanbank, the accused is Mr. Ha Van Tham and partners in crime, and OGC is the person with relevant rights and obligations. According to the first instance judgment above, OGC must:

-          Pay back 518,174,230 dongs to Oceanbank related to the office leasing contract at 21 Lang Ha, Ha Noi;

-          Paying 24,726,969 dongs for civil court fees.
