1) Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Khiem as Chief Accountant cum Head of Accounting and Finance Department. Reason: to receive new duties.
2) Appointing Mr. Le Quynh Quang, Deputy Head of Accounting and Finance Department, as Chief Accountant cum Head of Accounting and Finance Department.
