On May 11, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for the 2020 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of My Chau Printing and Packaging Corporation:

1)      Ex-right date: May 27, 2020

2)      Record date:    May 28, 2020

 The payment for the last phase of 2018 cash dividend

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:           8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

-          Payment date:                          June 17, 2020

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  My Chau Printing and Packaging Corporation as from June 17, 2020.
