Pursuant to the Document No. 623/GTCB-CV dated 4th May 2020 of Cao Bang Cast Iron & Steel JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid – 19 pandemic, the company decided to change the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
