OGC: Board resolution on a service agreement

On March 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: OGC) approved the policy on signing a customer management service provision agreement for the offices for rent on Floor 2, 3 and 4 of VNT Building, 19 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi, with Givral Bakery Joint Stock Company. The agreement has a value less than 35% of total assets of OGC on its latest financial statements.
