According to the board resolution dated March 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TCH) approved some adjustments to Hoang Huy – So Dau Project as follows:

-       Project: Hoang Huy – So Dau Project

-       Total investment: 1,543,855 million dongs. Of which:

• Owner’s capital: 310,000 million dongs, equivalent to 20%/total investment;
• Commercial borrowing: 1,243,855 million dongs, equivalent to 80%/total investment.

-       Project scale: building the infrastructure of urban area and semi-detached house area, complex area.
