The Board resolution dated March 31, 2020, the BOD of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. To delay the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020 in April 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
2. To cancel the record date for the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020.
3. The meeting time of Annual General Meeting 2020 will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
