-       Approving the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Hoa as Director as from April 01, 2020.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Manh Hung as Deputy CEO as from April 01, 2020.

-       Mr. Pham Manh Hung was appointed as Director as from April 01, 2020.

-       Mr. Pham Anh Kiet was appointed as Deputy CEO as from April 01, 2020.

-       Mr. Tran Duy Toan was appointed as Director at Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC – HCM branch as from April 01, 2020.

-       The BODs of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved to set up the branch of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC in HCM city at Five star tower building, 28 Bis Mac Dinh Chi street, Da Kao ward, district 1, HCM city.
