-       Total value: VND 425,955,360,000

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-       These shares will not be restricted the transfer

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2020.
