The Board resolution dated April 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the record date to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

- Record date: May 14, 2020

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Meeting date: expected in Q2.2020

- Meeting venue: at Ha Noi.
