According to the board resolution dated April 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TCH) approved the following issues:

1. Approving to convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2020 (from April 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021):

-       Record date: May 15, 2020

-       Meeting date: from 8:00, June 20, 202

-       Meeting venue: 116 Nguyen Duc Canh, Cat Dai ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city

2. Approving transactions with the related parties:

a)    Approving the share purchase in the associated company Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, on April 23, 2020, the Company completed the purchase of 25,000,000 shares of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company without a public tender offer. After trading, the Company currently owns 125,489,334 shares (45.7% of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company).

b)    Approving the transactions with CRV Real Estate Group (formerly known as Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company).
