Based on Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015 by The Minister of Finance guides the disclosure of information on the stock market. The company must comply:

• To declare the quarterly financial statements within 20 days from the last day of quarter, in case the company is allowed to extend but not more than 30 days from the last day of quarter.
• To declare the audited annual financial statements within 90 days from the last day of fiscal year, in case the company is allowed to extend but not more than 100 days from the last day of fiscal year.

However, due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, so the company faced many difficulties and affected the reporting periods. Therefore, the company would like to delay the time to declare the audited financial statements in 2019 & financial statements.
