SAM: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2020

The Board resolution of SAM Holdings Corporation dated April 14, 2020 approved the folowing issues:

  1. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the BOD of SAM Holdings Corporation approved to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020, but no later than June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
  2. To cancel the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 29, 2020.
  3. To cancel the record date (April 10, 2020) for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020.
