1. Approving the audited financial statements in fiscal year 2019.

2. Approving the plan for profit distribution 2019:

- Reward and Welfare fund (5%): 2,573,345,055 dongs;

- Investment and Development fund (5%): 2,573,345,055 dongs

 - Dividend: none

 - Undistributed profit to transfer next year: 46,320,210,983 dongs. 

3. Approving ICPA to audit financial statements in 2020.
