According to the Board resolution dated April 15, 2020, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

To delay the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 23, 2020.
To extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 23, 2020 but no later than June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

3. Record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020: March 23, 2020.
