Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.03/2020 dated April 15, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the divestment in Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (*) at 314 Huynh Thuc Khang, Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province.

- Initial investment: VND2,000,000,000

- Ownership ratio: 2.86%

- Trading method: stake transfer

- Transfer price: VND2,200,000,000

- Time of implementation: in Quarter 2 of 2020

2. The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to negotiate and complete relevant procedures with Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
