An Giang Import - Export Company announces the report on the personnel change to the General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1. The Board of Directors received the resignation letter from the following persons:

- Mrs. Chu Thi Phuong Anh: member of BOD;

- Mr. Trinh Van Bao: member of BOD;

- Mr. Tran Huu Hiep: member of Supervisory Board.

2. The BOD and Supervisory Board will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the resignation of these persons and additional election of member of BOD & Supervisory Board for the period 2016 – 2022.
