Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the change of the dividend payment date for 2018 by Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

Reason: The ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 has affected the Company’s business operation and receivables. Therefore, the Company has not yet prepared the source of money for dividend payment as scheduled on April 20, 2020.
