Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the meeting of the Board of Directors on April 10, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the entire contents of cooperation agreement with Kizuna Ba Ria – Vung Tau Co., Ltd. on the cooperation in implementing the second stage of change of plant varieties following a high application agriculture model.

2. The Board of Directors approved a record date for implementing the rights to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting:

-       Record date: May 15, 2020

-       Estimated meeting date: 8:30, June 12, 2020

3. The Board of Directors approved the internal audit plan for 2020.

4. The Board of Directors approved to vote for Mr. Nguyen Huu Manh Nhuong for successfully completing his tasks in 2019.
