Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 04, 2020 as follows:

- The Board of Directors approved to establish Sao Vang – Hoanh Son Joint Stock Company to invest in and build Sao Vang Rubber Tire Manufacturing Company in Ha Tinh. The initial charter capital of the new company is VND500 billion, of which Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company invests 50%, Hoanh Son Group Joint Stock Company invests 49% and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang Nga invests 1%.

- The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Board member and CEO of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company, to be a representative for the stake of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company and to participate in the Board of Directors of Sao Vang – Hoanh Son Joint Stock Company.
