Dividend pay-out ratio:           40%/ par value (VND4,000/ share)

Payment date:                          April 08, 2020         

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company as from April 08, 2020.
